Marketing Associate – HIRING ASAP

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: 3 days per week in London office, 2 days per week remote working

Rate: £245 - £300 per day PAYE

Summary:

Our client is looking for an exceptional Partner Enablement Manager to take on a key role in driving our channel marketing strategy & execution with EMEA mobility partners like Vodafone. Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement for EMEA, this experienced channel leader will be responsible for all marketing operations for bringing all RL products and services to market, including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.

You will need to feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our RL Category and Product Marketing teams.
  2. Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of our clients’ users across multiple products and services.
  3. Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs. Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency, recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals and foster innovation.
  4. Oversee and manage channel co-marketing and OPEX budgets, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed metrics.
  5. Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
  6. Manage content & campaign activities across retailers, ensuring our content meets brand standards and supports overall strategy.
  7. Always seek innovation and partnership opportunities.
  8. Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA and collaborate with other geographic leaders, presenting these opportunities for review and decision.
  9. Coordinate and manage marketing components of regular reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), including regional share, context, and performance metrics.
  10. Deliver and receive candid feedback on sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Key Skills:
  1. 4+ years’ experience in a Channel Marketing or similar role.
  2. Proven success with a consumer technology brand.
  3. 4+ years’ experience in developing go-to-market strategies, planning, and executing across digital and physical retail channels.
  4. Experience working directly with online retail partners, with knowledge of advertising metrics such as CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  5. Knowledge of GMROI, inventory turns, etc.
  6. Strong presentation skills.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  8. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  10. Effective conflict management skills.
  11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  12. Experience with innovative technologies affecting work and social interaction (e.g., Uber, Nest, Apple iPad).
  13. Creative or design background is a plus.
  14. Experience in executing a direct-to-consumer retail strategy.
  15. Ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
