Job description

Your Title: Customer Sales - Account Executive, Integrations

Job Location: Remote, US

Our Department: AECO

Are you a high-energy Sales Professional with strong sales skills, business acumen, and solid technical aptitude? If so, consider joining our Integrations Customer Sales Team at Trimble, a leader in the growing construction software industry.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing new and existing customer accounts for Trimble's AECO software. You will work with current customers and prospects to understand their needs, uncover pain points, and demonstrate how Trimble can address their business needs through growth or expansion of our portfolio. You will guide customers through their buying process, collaborating with product sales executives and solutions engineers.

  • Develop and close contracts for Trimble AECO software integrations subscriptions from your assigned book of business, focusing on managing relationships for growth and identifying new opportunities.
  • Uncover and expand opportunities by working with multiple customer personas and expanding scope and relationships within our customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities by building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Research, develop, and maintain sales and territory plans.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets (quota).
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex sales.
  • High technical aptitude.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Strong selling skills in strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Construction industry experience or SaaS sales within construction preferred.
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the US and Canada up to 50% of the time.

Salary + Commission = $140k OTE +/-
