Job Title: Client Partner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our Services Sales team at Blue Yonder. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients and ensuring their continued success with our software solutions. You will work closely with our delivery and consulting teams to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will ensure client satisfaction and manage the overall relationship with our clients.

Scope

  • Lead engagement with clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Blue Yonder's software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and deliver exceptional service.

Our Current Technical Environment

  • Blue Yonder solutions are built on industry-leading platforms designed to meet the needs of retail and logistics clients.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of integration with enterprise-level ERP systems is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure their continued success with our software solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage the overall relationship.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams for successful implementation and integration.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team for product enhancement.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting or customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, integration, and implementation processes.
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with retail and logistics clients is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD, plus a variable component.

Salary figures are based on current national data; actual salaries depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Role may include participation in performance bonuses or commissions.
