Job summary

Reed is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join their B2B marketing team, onsite at Medway City Estate. The role requires strong design skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.

You will develop marketing materials, manage website content, assist with SEO initiatives, and schedule content across LinkedIn and other channels, while ensuring brand consistency in a collaborative, on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or design-related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative, design and content creation skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, email campaigns and website content.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce engaging visual content.
• Assist with managing and updating the company website.
• Support SEO initiatives, including content optimisation and keyword implementation.
• Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and performance reporting.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity.
