Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a fashion brand in Cheshire. You''ll work across email campaigns, content creation, photoshoots and product launches in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The role blends CRM and broader marketing support with hands-on involvement in shoots, briefs and competitive research. A creative eye for fashion and strong organisational skills are essential, with Fridays from home as part of a 4-day onsite pattern.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM and email marketing activity, including building emails, audience segments and updating flows.
• Assist with UGC activity, briefs, shoots and research plus competitor analysis.
• Contribute to launch preparation and support marketing activity across channels.
• Balance creative work with administrative duties and day-to-day support as priorities shift.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

We're working with an exciting fashion brand that's looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for fashion who wants to get stuck into everything from email campaigns and content creation to photoshoots and new product launches. You'll be joining a fast paced, creative environment where no two days are the same, with plenty of opportunities to bring fresh ideas, develop your skills and gain hands on experience across different areas of marketing.

THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE

You’ll support the delivery of CRM and email marketing activity, helping to build and brief emails, create audience segments, and update automated flows and imagery. Extensive CRM experience isn’t essential, so this could suit someone keen to build your knowledge rather than an established specialist.

Alongside this, you’ll help organise (UGC activity and support briefs, assist with shoots, and carry out research and competitor analysis. You’ll also contribute to launch preparation and support marketing activity across different channels.

There’s a practical administrative side to the position too. You’ll need to be comfortable balancing creative work with routine updates, organisation and day to day support, while adapting when priorities change.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Previous CRM or email marketing exposure would be useful, but extensive experience or knowledge of a particular platform isn’t essential.
