Job summary

Indevor Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support hands‑on campaign delivery, CRM administration, content creation and website management. You will coordinate email campaigns, track performance and help optimize marketing effectiveness, lead generation and outcomes.

The role balances creative work with careful administration, data accuracy and reliable delivery, reporting to the Marketing Manager. A salary range is provided and experience‑dependent compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and detail‑focused individual who can balance creative marketing with data and administration.
• Clear written communication and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to create consistent marketing materials and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Experience with email campaigns, website content updates and performance reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant businesses and contacts; maintain CRM data for targeted marketing.
• Prepare and coordinate email campaigns, e‑shots, letters and direct mail.
• Monitor campaign responses and record lead outcomes in the CRM.
• Track website and campaign performance using GA4 and CRM reporting.
• Create adverts, e‑shot designs and website graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
