Sytner Bentley Leicester is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in creating innovative campaigns across our channels. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a client-facing mindset, and a marketing qualification or degree.

Key duties include planning and delivering dealership and manufacturer campaigns, coordinating UK events, managing content and emails, and maintaining CRM data integrity while building lasting customer relationships from sale to

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have relevant Marketing experience or relevant degree.
• Experience in a client facing role is preferred.
• You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be articulate and confident.

Responsibilities

• Use social media to raise awareness of the business and product with creative content ideas.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver customer and brand events across the UK, with occasional travel.
• Plan and deliver dealership and manufacturer-led marketing campaigns and client communications using email marketing systems.
• Manage the customer experience from sale through ownership, building loyalty and advocacy.
• Manage the OEM CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and database integrity.
• Manage and update content across both Sytner and manufacturer websites, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
• Ensure all Operating Guidelines and KPI targets are achieved, working independently and to strict deadlines.
