Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with website CMS and digital marketing platforms would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of email marketing, content management and marketing analytics tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deliver engaging digital content across websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and other digital channels.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital, social and offline channels.
• Manage and update website content to ensure a consistent, engaging and on-brand online presence across both Valero and Texaco brands.
• Work closely with the retail sales team to support customer acquisition and retention activities through targeted direct marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Graphics team to develop effective B2B marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the development, distribution and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys and feedback programmes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.

We are seeking a creative, digitally focused and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective marketing programmes that support our brands, strengthen customer engagement and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with two years proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation. The successful candidate will combine creativity with strong organisational skills and a data-driven approach to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for creating compelling digital content, supporting integrated marketing campaigns and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Strong design capabilities and experience using Adobe Creative Suite are essential, as producing high-quality digital and print marketing materials will form a significant part of the role.

The position also involves supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives, working closely with the retail sales team to identify prospective customers and deliver targeted marketing activities. In addition, you will partner with our in-house Graphics team to develop engaging B2B marketing materials and campaigns that align with wider business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
