Planet Recruitment is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to join its busy marketing team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role focuses on digital marketing, social media and content creation across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with social media management, website upkeep and strong copywriting skills, plus a good grasp of analytics to measure performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media management across multiple platforms and brands.
• Knowledge of website management and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to create engaging copy and video scripts.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Good attention to detail and professional online communication.
• Experience with Meta Analytics, budget management or design tools would be beneficial.
• Interest in consumer electronics is advantageous but not essential.

Marketing Assistant

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary: 35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join a busy marketing team, with two opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media and creating engaging content to develop their skills within a varied and fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across websites and social media channels.

• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and help build online communities.

• Analyse social media performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain websites and update product and brand information.

• Manage external email communications and marketing campaigns.

• Support the wider marketing team with a range of projects and activities.

• Help maintain a consistent brand image across multiple platforms.

About You
