Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd is hiring a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager in Hayes, West London. The role is hybrid (1 day from home) with a broad, multi-channel remit to build the brand and drive sales.

You will work with the senior Marketing & DTC team to deliver campaigns, improve customer experience and optimise performance across social, digital, e‑commerce and retail marketing.

Formación

• Marketing degree/CIM qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Social media & influencer activity, including paid social and community management.
• Digital marketing – PPC, SEO, display and website activity.
• Performance reporting & analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Supporting the development of TV advertising campaigns.
• Retail & e-commerce marketing, working closely with sales and retail partners.
• Events, exhibitions & experiential activity.
• Managing and briefing external agencies and suppliers.
• Managing and developing a Marketing Executive.
• Bringing new ideas and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established consumer brand with a strong UK presence and a sizeable marketing operation.

This is a broad, multi-channel role for someone who can work strategically but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get things done.

You’ll work closely with the senior Marketing & DTC team to deliver campaigns that build the brand, drive sales and improve customer experience.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Social media & influencer activity, including paid social and community management
• Digital marketing – PPC, SEO, display and website activity
• Performance reporting & analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics
• Supporting the development of TV advertising campaigns
• Retail & e-commerce marketing, working closely with sales and retail partners
• Events, exhibitions & experiential activity

• Managing and developing a Marketing Executive

About you:

• Solid marketing experience in a consumer-facing environment
• Strong digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, display and social
• Experience managing media/PR or other external agencies
• A good understanding of e-commerce and retail marketing
• Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing talent
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to improve performance
• Marketing degree/CIM qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
