Confidential in Didcot, Oxfordshire is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join a busy marketing team. This full-time role focuses on digital marketing, social media and content creation to develop skills in a varied, fast-paced environment.

You will manage social channels, publish engaging content, monitor performance and help maintain brand consistency across platforms. Training and development are provided along with enhanced pension contributions for long service.

Marketing Assistant

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary: 35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join a busy marketing team, with two opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media and creating engaging content to develop their skills within a varied and fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

• - Create, schedule and publish engaging content across websites and social media channels.
• - Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and help build online communities.
• - Analyse social media performance and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• - Maintain websites and update product and brand information.
• - Manage external email communications and marketing campaigns.
• - Support the wider marketing team with a range of projects and activities.
• - Help maintain a consistent brand image across multiple platforms.

About You

• - Experience or a good understanding of social media management across multiple platforms and brands.
• - Knowledge of website management and digital marketing strategies.
• - Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging copy and video scripts.
• - An understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• - Good attention to detail and an awareness of professional online communication.
• - Experience with Meta analytics, budget management or design tools would be beneficial.
• - An interest in consumer electronics would be an advantage, but is not essential.
