Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College in England is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support campaigns across student recruitment, employer engagement and brand promotion. You will help plan, deliver and evaluate activities, create engaging content for social media, websites, emails, print materials, and support photography and video work.

The role offers collaborative teamwork and opportunities to develop digital marketing skills, including website updates, analytics monitoring and event

Qualifications

• Organised, with good teamwork and self-motivation for a busy Marketing team.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns across channels.
• Strong written and visual content creation for multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and projects to promote student recruitment and the College brand.

• Assist with digital marketing activities including website updates, scheduling and analytics.
• Help with events, research and general marketing administration.
• Complete apprenticeship training and maintain a portfolio of evidence.

Job description

You will support in many aspects, to name a few:

• Support marketing campaigns and projects, helping to plan, deliver and evaluate activities that promote student recruitment, employer engagement and the College brand.
• Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials and other communications, including supporting photography and video content.
• Support digital marketing activity, including website updates, social media scheduling and engagement, email marketing and monitoring campaign performance using analytics.
• Assist with events, research and marketing administration, including open events, careers fairs, competitor and audience research, promotional materials and general team support.
• Complete apprenticeship training and development requirements, applying learning in the workplace, maintaining a portfolio of evidence and taking responsibility for ongoing professional development.
