Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing & Communications team across multiple campuses. You will support campaigns, help create content for social media, websites, emails, and print, and help promote student recruitment and employer engagement.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, analytics, events, and portfolio building while undertaking the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Understanding of major social media platforms and their use in organisations.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing.
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, emails, and print materials; assist with photos and videos.
• Support website updates, social media scheduling, email marketing and analytics.
• Support events and recruitment activities (open events, careers fairs) and general team support.
• Attend apprenticeship training, develop a portfolio, apply learning, and pursue ongoing professional development.
