Job Description
- Support the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy
- Oversee all marketing and promotional activities including national retail calendar and campaigns
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing & Communications Manager should have:
- Experience in a similar role within Leisure, Travel or Retail industry
- Strong coaching and team management skills in current and previous roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A creative and strategic mindset
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of market research methods and analysis
