We’re looking for someone to convert interest into action—chasing leads, managing communications, and maintaining our brand presence without the pink.

The role

Work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers and ensure marketing efforts are timely and effective. This role combines sales support and content coordination, focusing on seizing opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops to improve products and services
• Maintain an organized CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on social media platforms—LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Transform founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Streamline processes and improve organization
