We are DAME, building a mission-led personal care business that makes award-winning, sustainable period products. Our products are supplied across the UK and Europe, including Holland & Barrett, Universities, and the NHS. Our work spans ecommerce, B2B sales, retail, and mission-driven initiatives.

We’re looking for someone to help convert interest into action by chasing leads, sending smart emails, and keeping our brand visible — without the pink.

The role

Work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive and effective. It’s a mix of sales support and content coordination, focused on seizing opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops to improve our products and services
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on socials — LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Convert talks and case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes
