We’re seeking a proactive individual to convert interest into action by following up on leads, managing marketing communications, and maintaining brand visibility—without the pink.

The Role

You will work directly with our founder to turn conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are timely and effective. This role combines sales support and content coordination to capitalize on every opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with leads and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvements
• Maintain and update our CRM system
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Transform founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organizational processes

Ideal Candidate
