We’re looking for someone to help convert interest into action by following up on leads, managing communication, and maintaining brand visibility—without the pink.

The role

Work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive and effective. This role combines sales support and content coordination to seize opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on social media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs and update web pages
• Convert founder talks and case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes

Ideal candidate

• Independent with commercial thinking
• Excellent written skills with a human tone
• Organized and proactive in follow-up
