We are DAME, building a mission-led personal care business that makes award-winning, sustainable period products. Our products are supplied through Holland & Barrett, to universities, NHS, across the UK and Europe. We operate across ecommerce, B2B, retail, and are driven by our mission.

We’re seeking someone to convert interest into action by following up leads, managing communications, and maintaining brand visibility—without the stereotypical pink branding.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure engagement
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvements
• Maintain an organized CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Create shareable content from talks or case studies
• Improve organizational processes
