Job summary

Fractal Analytics UK Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant for a 12-month FTC in London. The role is hybrid on-site 2–3 days per week, working with a leading global payments client to drive data-driven decision making and performance measurement.

You will translate business challenges into analytical solutions, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics or related domains.
• Hands-on experience in marketing performance measurement and insights generation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and marketing priorities.
• Drive marketing analytics projects from requirements through delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to generate insights.
• Develop frameworks for marketing effectiveness measurement.
• Translate findings into business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across analytics, data engineering, and business teams for delivery.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards to track metrics.
• Support business reviews and strategic planning with data-driven insights.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of analytical outputs.
