Job summary

Fractal Analytics in London seeks a Principal Consultant to own the commercial performance of a CPG analytics and digital technologies business. You will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships at senior levels, and lead end-to-end engagements from qualification through close.

You will shape platform architecture, data governance, and investment decisions while mentoring a team of data engineers, scientists, and consultants to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting, analytics, or commercial technology with CPG/retail exposure.
• Proven track record leading senior client conversations and delivering business outcomes.
• Able to explain technical trade-offs to commercial leaders and align with engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring consultants and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for a CPG analytics and digital technology portfolio in London.
• Grow revenue across existing and new client accounts and manage client relationships.
• Lead engagements from qualification through close, including new offerings in analytics and data platforms.
• Define target platform architecture and governance for commercial data domains and BI.
