Circular Threads is a fast-growing South Asian fashion re-sale platform, redefining sustainability by giving preloved outfits a second life. With sustainability at our core, we’re creating a circular fashion ecosystem while celebrating cultural heritage.

As we expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Analyst to join the Circular Threads family! If you love fashion, have a keen eye for organisation, and enjoy making people feel their best, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic self-starter to lead our marketing and social media operations. This role would be ideal for someone with a creative flair who is also extremely organised and passionate about emerging digital trends. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment, taking ownership of our marketing calendar while continuously seeking innovative ways to build our sustainable fashion community across platforms. As our Marketing Analyst, you’ll lead our end-to-end marketing strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across all channels
  • Create engaging, on-brand posts, reels, and stories that showcase our outfits, clients, studio moments, and sustainability mission
  • Manage marketing calendar and ensure alignment with product drops, events, and seasonal trends
  • Measure and report on insights and metrics and use these insights to inform strategy

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Craft and curate engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
  • Develop on-brand Reels, Stories, and posts showcasing our unique stock, client stories, and sustainability impact
  • Write compelling newsletters to grow our community of Prelovers
  • Collaborate with team to capture behind-the-scenes content especially in studio
  • Implement a consistent content calendar that balances entertainment, education, and conversion
  • Engage with our followers by replying to DMs, comments, and tags

Growth & Community Building

  • Drive community and follower growth with innovative strategies
  • Identify and collaborate with aligned content creators and influencers
  • Grow and segment email subscriber list with targeted audiences

Events Marketing

  • Promote studio events, client experiences, and pop-ups
  • Create pre- and post-event campaigns across digital channels
  • Develop creative ways to translate in-person experiences to digital content
Skills and Experience Required

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in marketing, communications, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or sustainability sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing
  • Creative storytelling skills and strong visual aesthetic aligned with Circular Threads
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to extract actionable insights from analytics
  • Self-starting attitude with ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Passion for South Asian culture, sustainable fashion, and community-building
  • Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
  • Experience with filming/photography/video editing
  • Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with marketing tools (Canva, Later, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager)
