Job summary

Morrisons’ Market Street team in Bridgnorth is looking for a Store Manager who can inspire and lead a frontline team to deliver excellent service and great value. You’ll oversee weighing, display, and daily operations to ensure customers experience quality and care.

You’ll build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, manage shifts and training, and uphold essential food safety standards. A hands-on leader with a passion for retail is ideal.

• Has experience leading, supporting, and bringing out the best in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a natural communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge, helping others succeed, and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Builds strong, positive working relationships across the whole store team, staying adaptable and open to new ways of doing things.
• Listens attentively to both customers and colleagues, acting on feedback to make things better every shift.
• Leads and steps up with confidence: Confidently steps in as Manager in Charge, running shifts smoothly, handling daily priorities with ease, and keeping our essential food safety standards spot-on.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead our Market Street craft teams with pride. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" attitude to make sure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our shoppers get the very best service.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
