Job summary

Morrisons Market Street store is seeking a hands-on Manager in Charge to inspire a team, keep counters stocked, and ensure the best service for shoppers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll shape shift schedules, develop colleagues, build a supportive culture, plan resources, and collaborate with other store teams to maintain food safety standards.

• Has experience leading, supporting, and bringing out the best in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a natural communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge, helping others succeed, and keeping everyone in the loop.
