Job summary

Commerzbank AG in the United Kingdom is offering an intern DevOps developer role within the Market Data cluster. You will contribute to sourcing, distributing, and providing market data across the enterprise while learning automation and cloud practices.

You will work with Java, Python, and TypeScript, collaborate with a small multidisciplinary team, and gain hands-on experience by taking ownership of projects from day one during a 12-month program.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or expected to graduate in 2026 with a 2:1 UK bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Exposure to the Financial Services sector is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and office software skills (Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate operational processes using Java, Python, TypeScript and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary team across the bank to maintain and enhance Market Data applications.
• Take ownership of projects from day one and deliver tangible contributions during the 12‑month internship.
