Job summary

Somerce in the UK is seeking a data operations professional to join the team and own the data plumbing that powers our AI-driven workflows. You will unify live, shop, affiliate and ads data, tidy the Google Drive, and ensure clean, well-labelled datasets feed client work and internal reports.

Embedded with the finance and operations teams in Manchester or London, you’ll establish naming conventions, manage access, and continuously improve data hygiene to support fast-paced campaigns and creative

Qualifications

• Degree in maths, statistics, data science, economics, physics, or similar.
• Very good with spreadsheets; Python or SQL is a bonus.
• Organised with a love of structure, naming conventions and order.
• Office-based in London or Manchester; embedded with teams daily.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and own the Somerce Google Drive: a single orderly tree covering finance, clients, operations and platform exports with clear labelling.
• Check and maintain permissions so the right people have access.
• Bring live, shop, affiliate and ads data together as one unified input.
• Clean up daily to keep the base data solid for teams to work with.
• Run exports and data pulls from TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Prepare clean datasets to feed our AI and agentic workflows.
