Job summary

Rothschild & Co in the United Kingdom seeks a Market Data Operations Administrator to maintain market data records, process invoices and allocate costs, and manage user access for external vendors.

You will support new joiners and interns, assist with workflow automation, and help integrate market data tools within the business, working with senior colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in operations, administration, market data, finance operations or shared services.
• Experience with structured processes and service-oriented workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Desirable experience in financial services or market data vendors.

Responsibilities

• Market Data Administration: Maintain and refresh Market Data records and ensure subscriptions, users and entitlements are accurate.
• Invoice Administration & Cost Allocation: Apply cost allocation and coding to market data invoices and support finance reporting.
• User Access Management: Coordinate new user access requests with vendors and manage amendments and removals.
• New Joiner & Intern Support: Coordinate induction activities and provisioning of subscriptions and access rights.
• Process Improvement & Automation Support: Assist with workflow automation initiatives and automation of MDM and invoicing processes.
• Business Integration Support: Provide operational support for market data tool integration projects.
