Job Description

Job Title: Market Access Manager / Health Economics Specialist / Lead

Location: Reading, office based

Division: Branded Products

Responsible to: Director, CNS & Women’s Health

Responsible for: Market Access, Pricing Strategy, Technology appraisals, Health Economics modelling

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement market access strategies for global and UK markets.
2. Manage projects related to value and access, including stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
3. Conduct health economic analyses and support technology appraisals.
4. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, regulatory bodies, and patient groups.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor market trends.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

Degree in health economics, public health, or related field with extensive experience in pharmaceutical market access. Strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills, with knowledge of healthcare systems in the UK, DE, FR, IT, ES.
