The Role
As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned with market trends. You'll collaborate closely with our Business Development Director to craft compelling proposals for our leading-edge digital solutions, will support negotiations and will drive growth. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to shape the future of digital asset management.

You will be part of a Global Team and will be joining the team at an exciting time of market expansion.

The role can be based anywhere in the UK and will require occasional travel to Aberdeen/London and internationally as and when required.

Role Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and direct proposals ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Conduct first-pass legal reviews of contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Support price negotiations with clients to secure terms and agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and business development teams on pricing strategies and proposal best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting pricing and proposal strategies.

Knowledge,Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in preparing and responding to RFIs, RFPs, and tenders, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proven track record of successful price negotiations and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in proposal development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience providing legal reviews of contracts is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
  • Possession of a valid passport and driver's license to meet travel requirements.
