About the role:

We seek a highly skilled Insurance Pricing professional to represent the Pricing function within NFU Mutual’s major transformational project. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing our pricing capabilities and ensuring seamless integration within the project scope. You will drive pricing strategy and execution in an agile environment, serving as the primary contact for technical queries and decision-making related to pricing.

As a key member of the agile squad, you will collaborate with the Workstream Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to ensure smooth squad operations. You will also handle planning, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders, and contribute to maintaining the overall programme plan for timely delivery.

You will act as an ambassador for the Pricing function, building relationships with stakeholders across NFU Mutual, including Underwriting, Claims, and IT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pricing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and aims to make a significant impact on a high-profile transformation.

About you:

We are looking for a pricing professional with extensive experience in general insurance pricing. You should demonstrate expertise in all Pricing disciplines and have experience with Radar, Guidewire, and SQL.

You should have a proven track record in implementing pricing strategies, coaching team members, and reviewing work for accuracy and quality.

Experience working in an agile environment and understanding agile processes is preferred.

You should also possess:
