Job summary

Silversea seeks an accomplished chef to lead culinary operations aboard our international fleet. You will oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution across luxury dining venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in international 5-star establishments.
• At least 1 year as a Sous Chef.
• Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux pedigree preferred.
• STCW95 certification required.
• Fluent, professional English for guest engagement and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution.
• Manage, schedule, and train a team of chefs.
• Coordinate special dietary requirements and guest feedback.
• Maintain sanitation and readiness for inspections.
• Control inventory and labor hours in compliance with maritime regulations.
