Job summary

Silversea is seeking a highly experienced culinary leader to oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution aboard our luxury fleet. You will manage and train a team of Chef de Parties and Cooks, ensuring impeccable presentation and adherence to recipes.

You will coordinate dietary requirements, engage with guests in the dining room, and uphold stringent sanitation and compliance standards across galley operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in international 5-star establishments, including 1 year as Sous Chef.
• 2+ years as Sous Chef in Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux property.
• Fluent, professional English for guest engagement and safety coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution.
• Manage, schedule, and train a team of Chef de Parties and Cooks.
• Coordinate dietary requirements and visit dining room to monitor guest satisfaction.
