Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to join our Southampton team, supporting the delivery of specialist underwater and diving projects. You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth planning, coordination and execution across the full project lifecycle.

The role involves preparing quotations and project documentation, managing records, and assisting with procurement and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Operations/Project/Contracts role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate underwater operations projects day-to-day.
• Prepare quotations, work packs, project files and documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain records and document control systems.
• Support mobilisation and close-out activities and reporting.
• Assist with procurement and invoicing activities.
