Job summary

WSP is seeking a Director of Maritime Engineering to lead a high‑performing team across the UK, Ireland, Europe and selected international markets. You will drive organisational performance, technical direction and growth of maritime projects, while ensuring safety, quality and client outcomes.

You will work with experienced professionals in a global network to deliver major port, terminal and maritime infrastructure programmes, combining leadership, governance and commercial delivery across

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in maritime, ports or terminal engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong commercial and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of the Maritime Engineering team and portfolio.
• Provide oversight and Project Director leadership for major commissions.
• Set and uphold technical standards, governance and design integrity.
