Job summary

AM Global is seeking a diligent Crewing Assistant to support our crewing department with daily administration, documentation, and logistics for crew changes. You will help ensure certifications, visas, travel, and GDPR compliance are handled accurately.

Working with the Crewing Coordinator and Manager, you will maintain records, book training, coordinate flights, accommodation, and liaise with port agents and travel partners to ensure smooth project deployments.

Qualifications

• GCSE in Mathematics and English Language.
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience (maritime/logistics preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Crewing Manager and Coordinators.
• Maintain and update SharePoint and in-house databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain records and documentation for crew members, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and GDPR.
