Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to cover the South of England in the marine sector. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and selling engine controls, automation, and power management solutions to vessels and ports.

The position is field-based with regular UK travel and occasional international travel. A marine or industrial engineering background with sales experience and a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in marine engineering, power generation, or industrial engineering.
• Technical sales experience or engineering background moving into sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business across the South of England marine sector.
• Managing key customer accounts from enquiry through to project delivery.
• Selling engine controls, automation, and power management solutions.
• Visiting ports, shipyards, vessel operators, and marine engineering customers.
• Field-based role with regular UK travel and occasional international travel.
