Job summary

Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Executive to join a well-established marine supplier and support the experienced technical sales team. The role offers full training, travel across Southern England, and a path to develop a long-term career in technical sales.

You will build relationships with boat builders and marine customers while providing technical product support. The position is home-based with regular travel, and occasional office attendance is required

Qualifications

• Hands-on marine background or boating knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior technical sales team across Southern England.
• Develop and identify new customer opportunities and relationships.
• Visit boat builders, boatyards, marine manufacturers and other customers.
• Provide technical advice and product support to customers.
• Manage customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits.
• Represent the business at industry events and boat shows.
• Work from home with regular travel across the territory; office attendance as needed.
• Occasional overnight stays as part of travel.
