Job summary

Sizewell C Limited is seeking a Marine Sub Agent to provide leadership for the Marine and Tunnels Section on the Sizewell C project. The role focuses on safety, quality and programme delivery on site.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team including Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen, ensuring KPI targets are met and risks are controlled with strong HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Strong HSE focus and risk management.
• Ability to manage subcontractor performance against KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership of a multi-disciplinary on-site team.
• Oversee safety and environmental performance with project KPIs.
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are met across the works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on programme.
