Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Specialist, MarCom Process Improvement to enhance Marketing & Commercial processes and support the transformation programme. You will design and implement clear, end-to-end processes across McLaren Racing, focusing on reducing friction and improving data, technology, automation and AI usage.

• Strong capability in process mapping, analysis and documentation.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, run workshops and translate findings into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end Marketing & Commercial processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate root causes and design practical, business-focused solutions to enhance performance.
• Design and implement future-state processes with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Support workshops, requirements gathering, testing and implementation across transformation initiatives.
• Deliver workflow simplification using data, automation and AI to reduce manual effort.
• Establish process governance and sustainable ways of working across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Commercial, MarCom Technology and wider McLaren teams to align processes and data.
• Promote continuous improvement through documentation, measurement and reviews.
