Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is seeking a Specialist, Marketing & Commercial Process Improvement to lead end-to-end process enhancements within Marketing & Commercial. You will support the MarCom transformation programme and design, document and implement clear processes across McLaren Racing.

• Experience in improving business processes in a fast-paced environment with strong process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
• Proactive self-starter with end-to-end process mindset and a technology/data-led approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end Marketing & Commercial processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate root causes and help create practical, business-focused solutions that improve performance and clarity.
• Design and implement future-state processes in partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Support workshops, requirements gathering, testing and implementation activities across transformation initiatives.
• Deliver workflow simplification and improvement opportunities, including the use of data, automation and AI to reduce manual effort.
• Help establish process governance, ownership, decision rights and sustainable ways of working.
• Work across Marketing & Commercial, MarCom Technology and wider McLaren teams to align processes, systems and data.
