Job summary

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is looking for a high-impact Lead Process Engineer to support its Marketing & Commercial transformation. This role involves diagnosing current processes and designing future-state processes along with establishing governance standards. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective process engineering across the organization.

The successful candidate will also focus on leveraging AI and automation to improve decision-making and efficiency, ensuring measurable improvements across outcomes.

With a hybrid model of working three days per week in the McLaren Technology Centre, the role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process design and improvement in complex environments.
• Experience in large scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to design frameworks and methodologies.

• Lead diagnosis of current-state processes across the MarCom ecosystem.
