Job summary

McLaren Racing is transforming its Commercial and Marketing operating model to be more integrated, data-driven, automated and AI-enabled. This role will lead the technology and AI transformation workstream, defining the systems, platforms, data foundations and practical AI capabilities required to turn redesigned ways of working into measurable operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technology, digital or operating model transformation.
• Background in business analysis, solution or enterprise architecture, technology consulting or transformation leadership.
• Proven ability to translate complex processes into practical future-state designs and roadmaps.
• Experience designing or delivering systems that support integration, automation and AI-enabled use cases.
• Understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs and cloud environments.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to genuine business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology and AI workstream within the transformation programme.
• Assess current technology landscape and identify gaps and simplifications.
• Identify AI opportunities to remove manual work and improve decision quality.
• Design future-state architecture with systems, data models and APIs.
• Ensure solutions support scalable, data-driven operations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to translate processes into system-enabled solutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear technology recommendations.
