Job summary

MTrec Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our client’s team in the UK. You will support small engineering projects, maintain site systems, and assist with lubrication, fluids, and waste management.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or engineering, strong communication, IT literacy, and a collaborative approach. A permanent position offers stability, development, and day-shift hours on-site.

Qualifications

Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Strong communication with a focus on customer service.
Experience operating machinery, setting up, stripping, cleaning and reassembling equipment.
Team player with collaborative project approach.
IT literacy and confidence using various systems.
Health and safety conscious with high standards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service.
Apply and change lubricants and fluids to planned maintenance schedules.
Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, with reporting in-house system.
Manage waste streams to safe disposal off-site.
Customer liaison and assisting in meetings.
Follow 5S and Health & Safety procedures.
