Job summary

MTrec Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our client’s on-site team.

This permanent role involves supporting small engineering projects, maintenance tasks, and hands-on manufacturing duties within a safe, quality-focused environment. The successful candidate will have manufacturing or engineering experience, strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, IT literacy, and a commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• You will have a proven background within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• A strong communicator, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You will be a team player and take a collaborative approach to project work.
• You will be IT literate and confident in the use of various systems.
• Health and Safety conscious, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service.
• Apply and change lubricants and fluids to agreed planned maintenance schedules
• Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system.
• Manage waste streams to safe off-site disposal
• Customer liaison and assisting in meetings
• Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.
