Job summary

MTrec Technical is representing a prestigious manufacturing client in their 2025 recruitment drive to recruit a permanent Manufacturing Technician. You will support small engineering projects and work on-site, Monday to Friday, day shift, in a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes maintenance activities, process improvements, and safe handling of equipment, with a strong focus on quality, health and safety and liaison with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven background in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Experience with machine setup, teardown, cleaning and reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service.
• Apply and change lubricants and fluids to planned maintenance schedules.
• Monitor fluids and plant equipment; report via in-house system.
• Manage waste streams for safe off-site disposal.
• Liaise with customers and assist in meetings.
• Follow 5S and Health & Safety procedures.
