Job summary

MTrec Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support on-site maintenance activities for our manufacturing client. The role involves assisting with small engineering projects, managing service actions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing or engineering, strong customer-service focus, and IT literacy. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and experience with machinery setup and maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Experience with machine operation/setup/teardown/cleaning/reassembly.
• Collaborative team-oriented approach to project work.
• Proficiency with IT and multiple systems.
• Health and safety conscious with high workplace standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and action on-site service activities.
• Apply and adjust lubricants/ fluids per maintenance schedules.
• Condition monitoring of fluids/plant equipment and report in-house system.
• Manage waste streams for safe off-site disposal.
• Liaise with customers and assist in meetings.
• Follow 5S and Health & Safety procedures.
