Job summary

You will lead a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders, oversee training, and report on KPI performance, cost delivery, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as a Manufacturing/Production Shift Manager or similar position.
• At least 5 years' experience working with a Warehouse / Production / Distribution Management System.
• At least 5 years' warehouse experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage all operations to ensure KPI's targets and business objectives are met and maintained within production, quality, cost, delivery.
• Ensure operations are conducted in compliance with quality specifications and meet customer SLAs.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and rush orders.
• Organise and facilitate daily Team Leader and Supervisor meetings to prioritise workloads and ensure efficiency.
• Initiate and drive lean manufacturing and 5S; drive productivity improvements.
• Develop staff and cross-functional training to support site talent and succession planning.
• Measure Quality, Cost, Delivery and People; produce reports; ensure safety compliance.
