Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience in high-volume manufacturing or engineering.
• Cross-functional project coordination experience.
• Engineering degree and PM qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing and engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk and project performance.
• Deliver capital equipment and operational improvement projects.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, supply chain and production stakeholders.
• Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Manage change control and maintain momentum toward milestones.
• Ensure operational readiness and transition into full production.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement of project delivery.
