Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Rugby is seeking a Process & Documentation Lead to own manufacturing processes and the associated documentation. You will ensure controls, training and compliance across the site, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver safe, efficient production.

The role focuses on developing processes, maintaining PFMEA/Control Plans, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing manufacturing processes within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of controlled manufacturing documentation and processes.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Create and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Manage manufacturing documentation including Route Cards, Bills of Materials and Work Instructions.
• Ensure document control, revision control, traceability and change management.
• Support production readiness and introduce new or improved manufacturing processes.
• Analyse data to identify quality, efficiency and process capability improvements.
• Deliver training on processes and controlled documentation.
• Support quality investigations using 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
• Participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
