Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Engineer in Buckingham to develop and improve manufacturing processes, driving QCD performance and cost efficiency. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with experience in PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing/production engineering.
• Experience delivering process improvements and supporting product introductions.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and manufacturing best practices.
• Six Sigma experience; Green Belt or Black Belt advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to achieve high quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain process documentation (PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, SOPs).
• Support cost assessments, tooling requirements, and production readiness.
